What are your hobbies and interests outside of being a support worker?

I love travelling, going to the beach and hiking. oops almost forgot playing with my dog delilah 

What excites you about being a disability support worker?

I’m a really people oriented person, so what excites me most is building genuine connections and being someone others feel comfortable around. I like creating a safe, positive environment where people feel heard and respected. I find it really rewarding to support someone in their day to day life and help them feel more confident and independent

What are your special skills?

I’ve always worked in people-focused roles and pride myself on my communication skills. I’m very patient, compassionate and approachable, which helps me build trust quickly. I’m reliable, organised and calm under pressure, and I genuinely enjoy helping people feel supported, heard and valued

What's a fun fact about you?

Solo drove up to Queensland and back by myself !
